Que Centre Story

Que Centre was founded in 2003 by Jay Jones after he saw a market need for simple, easy and inexpensive Facility Maintenance Management Software. During Jay’s work managing facilities, he observed that many used pen and paper to create and fulfill work orders. Although there were many CMMS’s (computerized maintenance management systems) on the market at the time, most all were too cumbersome, complicated and costly for small to mid-size facilities and institutions. Que Centre set out to fulfill this observed niche.

After launching Que Centre, the following quickly grew to include K-12 schools, colleges and universities, airports, commercial / industrial, property management, health care, and municipalities. In 2007 Que Centre was acquired by C&S Companies, creating a great fit with other C&S professional services offerings.

Today, Que Centre continues to grow its’ clientele and expand its’ Facility Maintenance Management Software solution offerings.

Our Philosophy

Que Centre was established on the belief that having efficient maintenance management systems shouldn’t just be the luxury of very large organizations with very large maintenance budgets. The founder also felt that just because the Que Centre solution would be sold at an affordable price point didn’t mean it had to be an “out-of-the-box, cookie cutter” solution. Instead, he set out to create a facility maintenance management software solution that was tailored and comes pre-loaded with information specific to the facility, building or institution. Que Centre strives to give to the masses what only a few could afford in the past.
